I always get insanely excited about the turn of seasons, and I think this is the most excited I’ve ever been to put together fall outfits. There are so many fun trends happening right now.
Of course, there are also the fall classics that I look forward to every year, like leather jackets, cozy sweaters, and comfy boots. I love to refresh my wardrobe every so often, and fall is a perfect time to do that.
You can add in some more unique or seasonal pieces to your capsule wardrobe staples to create tons of adorable fall outfits.
Fall Attire Out and About
1. She Means Business
Why does this give me major business girl vibes? The sweater is so cute, but the business pants really tie it all together, and the bag shows you’re ready to get some work done.
This outfit is a great option for getting out of the house to work at a coffee shop!
2. Cozy Szn
One of my biggest must-haves for fall has been my fuzzy jacket; you can literally wear it for any occasion. It can be dressed up or down, and this outfit with the cap is perfect for a more casual look.
Sometimes accessories help elevate an outfit without making it seem like you invested too much effort, which we all love!
3. Color Coordinate
Sorry if I’m late, I was busy color-coordinating. I believe outfits are even stronger when you sprinkle the color sporadically.
Having a colorful piece of clothing with an accessory or shoes that have the same idea just makes the color pop even more!
4. Black with a hint of Buying
Some of my last-minute outfits that turned out to be surprisingly cute involved an all-black base with either a colored jacket or shoes.
It gives off a vibe that you’re on a mission, should be taken at least partially seriously, or are just in a good mood. You always do better when your outfit is on point!
5. The Whole Look
I don’t know what it is about conductor hats and layering, but I am so here for it. You can have a totally casual outfit, but just by layering or adding an accessory like a hat, you can make a real statement.
This is a great look when you want to feel cozy and it’s not freezing out, but you still want to give your outfit a little extra kick!
6. Another Date?
If this outfit doesn’t just scream fall, I don’t know what does. The two main focal points here are the hat and the cardigan, which are perfect assets for a fall date while still being super cozy!
You want to be comfortable and feel good, but also catch someone’s eye. It’s not too fancy, just pretty and relaxed.
7. All things cozy
Chill, babe, it’s just a purse. I have so much appreciation for this look; I live for anything cozy, cropped, and cute! It’s always fun to add a fuzzy sweater to a nice pair of pants or a skirt; it looks like you tried, but not too hard.
But if I’m being honest, the cheetah purse really gets me because adding animal prints to an outfit is always a win in my book.
8. Places to be
You can’t go wrong matching your hat to your sweater. It really helps to pull the whole look together and totally sells that perfect fall vibe!
This is a great outfit for a cold morning that still brings out all the best fall colors.
9. InVEst wisely
How cute is this vest?? I mean, the entire look is adorable. I’ve gotten so much use out of my vest.
It’s a great piece to have for all kinds of cold weather, and a pattern just brings out the girly side in you!
10. Perfect Fall Day
A key piece for any fall wardrobe is that cardigan you can just throw on and go! Any part of your outfit can be simple when you have a staple piece like this.
It’s perfect for a walk in the park on a crisp fall day (you get bonus points if you blend in with the leaves).
11. Casual coffee run
I look at this picture and it makes me think I’m BASIC-ally an adult. Disregarding the leggings, Uggs, and Starbucks like every basic fall girl, I see myself in this outfit a lot because just look at those cozy pieces!
A fat scarf truly makes any outfit twice as cozy and usually a lot cuter. It’s chic, and I absolutely love it.

1. Let’s walk
Do you ever just want to get out of the house and need a go-to light sweater or a casual but cute outfit that you feel good in? This is such an adorable look with the hat that can keep you just cozy enough.
This makes me want to walk around my house in a knit shirt, hat, and leggings—oh wait, I already do that.
2. Sweater Weather
This is probably one of my favorite sweaters that you could wear anywhere and easily dress up or down. This works for a great cozy look at home, or if you’re on your way out and want a stylish piece to wear!
3. I’ll be here
This is my ideal outfit for when I want to stay home and just be comfortable but still feel cute in case anyone stops by the door.
I love the bralette-and-sweats set combination, and the touch of the sweater gives it a more elegant look!
4. Cozy calls
One of the cutest fall looks is wearing a slouchy sweater with a skirt or something to show a little leg. It might be getting colder, but for a dressier occasion, no pants are no problem.
These pieces go together so well, yet they’re so simple!
5. Staying in
There’s something about a bralette and sweater that makes for such a cozy combination for a day at home. Bralettes are so comfortable and cute, and I often find it’s easy to just throw on a sweater and get the day started!
6. I’d rather be cozy
Every girl deserves to own a pair of comfy, fluffy, beautiful pants that will just make being at home that much better!
I have a couple of go-to pairs of sweats and thin cotton pants that make all the difference in my morning; I don’t even think about wearing anything else.
7. Big fall vibes
Going into fall and winter, it’s really nice to have a couple of thicker sweaters that you can easily wear by themselves or add a coat over.
You need a sweater that will keep you warm enough but can also pronounce any pair of jeans or item you wear with it. Sometimes I just want to pull on my leggings, boots, and a funky sweater—and this is it!
8. Cozy casual
I love how casual but cute this is!! Cozy sets with sweats and sneakers are so appreciated. Add a scrunchie and a scarf to complete the look, and you have a great outfit for when you’re on the run.
This outfit has you covered, especially when you’re just rolling out of bed.
