21 Bright and Bold Neon Makeup Ideas for Summer

For those of us whose preferred looks are more neutral, summer makeup can be challenging.

When you want a break from the usual bronze and glow, how do we make our makeup more interesting? One option is to include a neon shade in the mix.

I’ve been on the lookout for some options for the rest of us ; here are a few I’ve turned up recently.
